This is the compilation of videos of food served on board 12283 ERS-NZM Duronto Express's First AC class. From Ernakulam to H Nizamuddin. I was booked in First AC. Coach- H-1, B Coupe, Lower berth. For interiors of the First AC coach you can see it in this video-

The Duronto departs ERS on Tuesdays at 23:30 and reaches NZM on 19:30 on Thursdays.

The food serving are in order-

Day-2

1) Morning Tea- Hot water, Marie Biscuit, Milk creamer, Sugar, Tea sachet.

2) Breakfast- 2 Slices of bread, Cutlets and boiled peas, Omelet with boiled peas, Cornflakes, Milk in the red flask, Jam, Butter, Tea kit, Ketchup and Mango Juice.

3) Soup- Tomato Soup, Bread stick, Butter, Salt and pepper.

4) Lunch- Dal, Rice, Pickle, Salt, Curd, Roti, Panner masala, Potato and Tomato vegetable. Gulab Jamun for sweet.

5) Evening Snacks- Aloo Bhujia, Soan Cake, Mango Juice, Digestive biscuits, Milk creamer, water in the red flask, Coffee, Sugar.

6) Evening Soup- Tomato Soup, Bread stick, Butter, Salt and pepper.

7) Dinner- Dal, Rice, Pickle, Salt, Curd, Roti, Aloo Gobi, Potato, Tomato and peas gravy. Gulab Jamun for sweet.

Day-3

8) Morning Tea- Hot water, Marie Biscuit, Milk creamer, Sugar, Coffee and Tea sachet, Spoon and Newspaper.

9) Breakfast- 2 Slices of bread, Upma and Sheera, Omelet with boiled peas, Cornflakes, Milk in the red flask, Jam, Butter, Tea kit, Ketchup and Mango Juice.

10) Soup- Veg Soup, Bread stick, Butter, Salt and pepper.

11) Lunch- Dal, Rice, Pickle, Curd, Roti, Potato Capsicum gravy, Potato, Tomato and peas.

12) Evening Snacks- Salted Peanuts, Soan Cake, Mango Juice, Samosa, Milk creamer, water in the red flask, Tea sachet, Sugar and Ketchup.
